An indoor buffet restaurant overlooking the pool serves breakfast and dinner. A quick walk across the lobby is all it takes to plan a day of adrenaline-pumping activity.
As the African sun sinks behind the rolling hills, sending ripples of gold and amber across the river waters, hippo and Fish Eagles can be heard calling out into the approaching darkness.
